Apidexin
They want you to believe that it will work no matter your situation, diet, activity level and anything else.
With the way they say they’ve developed Apidexin, it is supposed have you covered to help you eat less food, rely more on your adipose tissue for energy, and boost your metabolism for long-term weight loss. But Apidexin is far from the only diet pill to promise to attack excess fat from every angle possible.
Since I have seen too many ineffective weight loss supplements to not be more than a little sceptical, I want to shed a little light on this “all-around” fat burner. I wanted to take a look at the ingredients, how it’s supposed to work (and if that really lines up with the ingredients), side effects and safety, how you use it and what Apidexin will cost you.
Let me start with the ingredients.
Apidexin’s Ingredients
Even though Apidexin might have a solid approach to weight loss, those promises are nothing more than hot air if the manufacturers can’t back them up with solid ingredients. So, I did some research on the ingredients that make up Apidexin’s formula: Vitamin B12
According to the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, Vitamin B12 maintains “healthy nerve cells and red blood cells, and also is needed to make DNA.” Chromax
Chromium picolinate regulates blood sugar levels and aids carbohydrate breakdown.
According to research, chromium picolinate “may impact physiological satiety signals and potentially sustain satiety levels during periods of caloric restriction.” Razberi K (Raspberry Ketones)
Animal studies show raspberry ketone alters lipid metabolism, targeting those hard-to-lose fat stores and making it easier to lose weight.
Coleus Forskohlii (10% Forskolin)
Coleus forskohlii is a safe and natural energy booster. Unlike other stimulants, coleus forskohlii doesn’t act extensively on the nervous system. Rather, it increases cyclic AMP production, resulting in a clean increase in energy without negative side effects Studies show coleus forskohlii inhibits weight gain, making it a great tool for losing weight and keeping it off.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Familiar to many, caffeine has long been known to add an extra calorie-burning edge to your day. This is because caffeine can increase the rate at which your body produces heat. And since thermogenesis requires calories, caffeine can help you burn more calories even while your body is at rest.
According to researchers, “caffeine does not improve maximal oxygen capacity directly, but could permit the athlete to train at a greater power output and/or to train longer.” Fucoxanthin (10% Brown Seaweed)
Fucoxanthin is the powerful Japanese seaweed. It induces fat loss while inhibiting fat cell differentiation and proliferation.
Studies show fucoxanthin also regulates adiponectin and leptin levels, making it easier to take control of your appetite and fat burning results.
Malic Acid
When combined with magnesium, malic acid combats fatigue and treats symptoms associated with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
According to experts, “Malic acid is essential in the formation of ATP, which is our body’s energy source. Malic acid has the ability to allow the body to make ATP more efficiently, even under low oxygen, or hypoxic conditions.” Thermodiamine (Evodiamine 98%)
Themodiamine is a high-quality evodiamine extract which increases thermogenesis and promotes fat loss.
Experts at Intergrity Labs explain, “Similar to the action of capsaicin, evodiamine appears to [a]ffect receptors known as vanilloids. These receptors are involved in the regulation of body temperature. “ Guggul EZ (Pure E&Z Guggulsterones)
Guggule EZ stimulates the thyroid gland, which controls metabolism, appetite, and other weight loss factors. Unlike other supplements, guggulsterones do not stimulate the central nervous system, resulting in a reduced side effect risk.
Researchers found, “ingestion of a guggulsterone phosphate salt compound concurrent with regular exercise will result in a significant loss of body weight and improved mood states.” Lipolide SC (95% Sclareolide)
This clary sage extract supports immunity while increasing cyclic AMP production. It does not directly affect beto adreno-receptors, so it will not raise blood pressure levels like many other weight loss ingredients.
BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract)
Bioperine does not have a direct impact on weight loss or thermogenesis. It does, however, accelerate weight loss results by increasing absorption of other nutrients.
Apidexin’s Approach to Weight Loss
One of the first things I noticed about Apidexin is that even though it promises to be one of the best fat burners on the market, it goes further than just stuffing its formula full of stimulants.
This is definitely a good thing for those who are sensitive to stimulants, but also a good thing since your body quickly builds immunity to stimulants and you could stop seeing weight loss very soon.
Instead, Apidexin takes a more even approach to burning fat, focusing not only on your metabolism, but on your appetite as well. Since recent research is stressing the combination of a healthy metabolism with reduced calorie intake more and more, it is good to see this combination in Apidexin.
In fact, one article in the New York Times said dieters would be more successful if they shifted their perception of workouts as a way to justify high-calorie food to a perception of cardiovascular benefits.
This advice is based on research of the Hadza tribe, who, although they are very active, do not burn any more calories than their American counterparts who sit behind a desk all day. Side Effects of Apidexin Fortunately, the vast majority of users who have commented about their experiences with Apidexin report no major side effects. None of the ingredients in Apidexin have a history of causing negative side effects either.
However, if you do start to notice side effects such as headache, nausea or indigestion, it might be because you have taken Apidexin on an empty stomach, or are sensitive to the caffeine in its formula.
How To Use Apidexin
Although you should try to take Apidexin on an empty stomach to maximize absorption, the appetite suppressants might cause your stomach to get upset. If this is the case, like I mentioned before, you could take Apidexin with a small bit of food.
The makers of Apidexin recommend taking one capsule of Apidexin with breakfast and another with lunch. However, if you have difficulty sleeping when you have caffeine in the afternoon, you might consider taking two capsules with breakfast instead of spread out throughout the day.
Apidexin Price
Another benefit of buying straight from the manufacturer is you will get the full money back guarantee, as well as a toll free number and live chat service to get any questions you might have about Apidexin cleared up immediately.
